About Us

Get A Drip is one of the UK’s leading preventative health and longevity businesses, trusted by around 190,000 people across our clinics, pharmacy and digital platform. Founded in 2017, we offer IV therapy, advanced blood testing, weight management (including GLP-1 support) and a fast-growing telemedicine service, all built around a simple principle: test, treat, retest.

We are now developing a fully integrated longevity platform combining diagnostics, treatments and AI-driven insights, and we are moving fast. If you want real scope to grow and make an impact, this is the place to do it.

About the role

You are the senior clinician on every shift you work at King’s Road and the Clinic Manager’s deputy. Roughly two thirds of your time is hands-on clinical work and one third is leadership and operations. You set the clinical standard, mentor and develop the Medic team, and run the clinic when the Clinic Manager is off, keeping treatments safe, the team supported and the patient experience flawless.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver IV therapy, intramuscular injections, blood draws and other treatments within your scope of practice and our clinical protocols.
  • Teach, mentor and supervise other clinical staff.
  • Oversee stock, cold chain checks and ordering with our in-house pharmacy so supplies never fall below standard levels.
  • Handle first-line patient concerns and service recovery, escalating to the Clinic Manager where needed.
  • Lead the team towards clinic KPIs, including but not limited to, sales, membership conversions and retention, and deputise on KPI reporting as directed.
  • Keep the clinic inspection-ready against CQC standards and our policies, including infection prevention and control and equipment checks.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the relevant UK regulator, for example a registered nurse, midwife (NMC) or HCPC-registered paramedic.
  • Extensive post-registration clinical experience, with excellent cannulation and IV administration skills.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, with previous managerial or clinic management experience.
  • Experience managing rotas, stock and working to clinic KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of consent, record keeping, incident reporting and infection control.
  • Natural leader who leads by example, with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritise own workload.
  • Experience in IV therapy, aesthetics, longevity or private clinic settings.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £39,500 increasing to £41,500 after satisfactory completion of 6 months service with OTE earnings up to £46,000 uncapped.
  • Monthly sales commission based on clinic performance and client feedback.
  • Shared Tip Pool.
  • Get A Drip Staff training credit to spend on drips and boosters, up to the value of £2,760 per annum.
  • 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).
  • Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
  • Exclusive perks via Perkbox.

Get A Drip is moving from start‑up to scale‑up, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey. We’re disrupting the way preventative healthcare is delivered, building, improving and evolving constantly and we want team members who are energised by growth, change, positive impact and possibility.

Working here isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. You’ll thrive with us if you enjoy:

  • A fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve as we grow
  • Taking initiative and solving problems without waiting for instruction
  • Building and improving processes, systems and ways of working
  • Wearing different hats and stepping outside your job description when needed
  • Owning your work and being accountable for outcomes
  • Comfortable with being challenged and with challenging back
  • Collaborating closely with a small, committed team
  • Learning continuously as we introduce new tools, systems and ideas

And you may not enjoy it if you prefer:

  • Predictable routines
  • Clear, unchanging structures
  • A narrow, fixed job description
  • Slow decision‑making
  • A highly established corporate environment

If you’re excited by growth, pace and possibility — and you want to help people live healthier for longer — we’d love to hear from you.
