Clinical Manager

Summary:

The Clinical Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality client care within our case management service in Birkenhead. This role is crucial for ensuring provision of a high-quality, client-centered service by leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The Clinical Manager will play a key role in enhancing client outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance client care.
• Monitor client outcomes and implement strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
• Managed a clinical case load.

Qualifications:

• Regulated health & social care professional.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a case management role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
