Role description:

Four Corners is growing fast. Building structure as we go and figuring things out together. Not everything is in place yet, and that is exactly what makes it a truly exciting place to be.

We’re creating a UK platform focused on homes and neighbourhoods that work for real people. Building on the deep experience and competence of Heimstaden, one of Europe’s largest residential specialists with over 150,000 homes across nine countries, we have the ability and scale to make things happen, but the pace and freedom of a much smaller business.

This is a place for people who like the build; who see opportunity in the unknown, stay hands-on, and want to leave things better than they found them. The culture is still taking shape, and we are bringing in people who want to help define it; curious and driven. A performance mindset matters here; people who set high standards and move with intent.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Management Accountant to join our growing UK finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and will partner with operating teams to offer insight into performance and support decision making.

We’re building something special together, and that’s best done side by side, so this role is based in our London office alongside the rest of the accounting and reporting team.

This is a role for someone who wants to be close to the numbers and close to the business. You will be hands-on across the full finance cycle, from the ledgers and reconciliations through to management accounts, statutory reporting and lender packs, while helping shape how the function works as it grows. The right person takes pride in getting the fundamentals right, enjoys the variety of working across multiple entities, and sees the job as more than producing the numbers: it is about explaining what they mean and helping colleagues in the operating teams make better decisions. You will be comfortable raising your hand when something could be done better, and leaving each process in better shape than you found it.
