Description

Purpose:

Represent Eradigm externally and actively contribute to building Eradigm’s reputation. Manage the client’s relationship and ensure the team meets timelines and project deliverables. Manage and support team members to master the art of collecting market insights and bring to life complex market realities.  Excel in delivering high impact presentations to varied client landscapes. Support Business Development activities working with Managers and Senior stakeholders to develop relationships within and outside Eradigm to ensure the ongoing commercial success of the company. 

Role and Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis 

  • Lead and manage others conducting primary and secondary research using a range of information sources according to the project scope and area.  Execute analysis following this research to produce high-quality client deliverables 
  • Develop and support others in developing data into succinct summaries and conclusions to drive high-impact recommendations to support the project context and objectives 

Project Delivery 

  • Manage the Client relationship across a range of CI formats 
  • Act as the key interface and manage project timelines and deliverables 
  • Communicate with the client directly to ensure project scope and objectives are met, and all requests are handled in a timely, accurate, and relevant manner 
  • Ensure delivery is in alignment with SOW terms and ensure final client deliverables are of the highest quality level 
  • Lead and support others at client meetings, debriefs, and presentations 
  • Ensure that the project scope and design is fit for purpose and appropriate resources are deployed for delivery, bearing in mind budget and profitability considerations for the project 
  • Finalise and present deliverables to the client in person when appropriate, reflect confidence during delivery with no/minimum support  

Project Management 

  • Responsible for overall project management including client engagement, internal operations, and delivery quality 
  • Lead training/guiding the development of AC/SACs with minimal senior oversight 
  • Oversee resourcing with minimal senior guidance 
  • Drive feedback sharing and performance management within the team 

Project Management (at Level 2) 

  • Lead training/guiding the development of AC/SACs with minimal senior oversight 
  • Oversee resourcing with minimal senior guidance  
  • Building depth and diversity of PM expertise, creating the capability to step into formal EM responsibilities, to the highest standard of QC 
  • Manage yearly revenue of ~£100-600k, 100% renewal aim outside of force majeure 

Business Development 

  • Proactively identify BD strategies to Engagement Managers for ongoing projects where appropriate 
  • Implement various business development activities e.g. participating in national and international conferences, thought articles and presentations 
  • Contribute to inorganic BD initiatives, e.g. Participate in the preparation of consulting proposals for existing and potential new clients. Attend client meetings to “pitch” for business where necessary, scoping calls and concept notes 
  • Account management of smaller accounts, with more experience 

Leadership 

  • Maximise working relationships with both internal and external researchers to match skills to business area requirements and actively develop skills internally 
  • Line manage Associate Consultants and Senior Associate Consultants and ensure they are stretched in their learning and ensure future resourcing needs are met 
  • Lead, mentor, and nurture other members in the team across the business (incl. in- and out of project context) 
  • Adapt leadership style to appropriately manage different team personalities and different ways of working 
  • Actively participate in resourcing the team and the recruitment process 
  • Support and collaborate actively in non-project cross-company initiatives 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 3 -5 Years of direct CI consulting experience with a clear PM/EM track record across a variety of project types
