Domestic Ventilation Surveyor

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Domestic Ventilation Surveyor to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part to help identify problem areas of mould and condensation in homes and recommend effective ventilation solutions. Using the latest integrated App and CRM technology, you’ll complete high-quality surveys, deliver accurate data to our Supply & Fit teams, and provide outstanding customer service every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing

·Carrying out professional surveys to identify mould and condensation problem areas within customers’ homes

·Using survey data to recommend the most appropriate ventilation solutions

·Completing accurate, high-quality surveys via an integrated App linked to our CRM system

·Submitting all survey data daily to support the Supply & Fit teams

·Providing an excellent level of customer service

·Ensuring company vehicles and uniforms are clean, well maintained, and fit for purpose

What we’re looking for

·A detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on accuracy

·Excellent communication and customer service skills

·Confident using mobile apps and digital systems

·A professional, well-presented approach when working in customers’ homes

·Ability to manage your workload efficiently and meet daily reporting requirements
