Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, offering drink recommendations to customers, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, snacks, and pastries

– Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences

– Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment effectively

– Clean and sanitize equipment as well as the work area regularly

– Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups etc.

– Order necessary supplies in a timely manner

– Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality drinks with excellent presentation

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience working as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required

– Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods including espresso extraction techniques

– Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers politely

and professionally

– Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
