Safety & Security Steward

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where your focus will be guest safety and crowd management. You’ll work across event days, matchdays, and during event setups and breakdowns (rigging and de-rigging), contributing to a secure and welcoming environment.

You will:

• Support the control of visitor flow at access points
• Identify and respond to crowd issues or emergencies
• Monitor safety compliance and assist with incident response
• Make real-time decisions and escalate where appropriate
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining order
