We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Front of House Manager at Depot Climbing Sheffield

Job Purpose: To facilitate the running of the Depot Climbing Centres with the help of the management team and the staff team. Orchestrating the daily running of shifts, aiding in training and developing and pushing towards excellent service standards and sales targets.

Role Description: Aiding the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager in the leadership, training and development and motivation of all centre staff. Strong focus on customer service, customers interactions and ability to select and sell products based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily centre operations and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, maintenance and food safety.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive, inclusive and service-focused team culture.
  • Manage shifts, service standards and instructional sessions.
  • Train, coach and develop team members, maintaining effective training plans.
  • Drive sales, upselling, customer loyalty and centre-specific targets.
  • Support sales, marketing and events activity, including the 12-month events calendar.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety, HR and food-safety requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, standards and centre performance.
