Trainee Resourcer

The Deploy Recruitment Group are looking for keen, enthusiastic people who would be interested in starting a career in the world of Rail & Infrastructure recruitment.

The Deploy business has been providing recruitment support to the Rail & Infrastructure sectors for over 9 years, we are are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for individuals to be part of the Deploy Journey based at our Petersfield office location.

We are actively seeking Trainee / Junior resourcers to provide support for the delivery teams in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Whilst no prior experience is necessary, we do ask that applicants have a keen willingness to learn, enthusiasm, resilience, possess good communication skills, are happy to speak to people on the phone and have a good understanding of I.T.
