Summary:

Deploy is currently looking for gangers to lead a team of 4 for a deep drainage project located at Exeter, duties within this role will include excavations, installing pipework, working with drainage systems & ballast work, ideally we’re looking for a team that has experience working together.

Responsibilities:

• coordinate the activities on site
• Report any issues or incidents to management promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Valid PTS Sentinel card required

Location: Exeter (Must be local)

Contract – 3 months + starting end of August

Shift Pattern – 07:00am – 17:00pm (Mon-Fri)
