Environmental Coordinator

Respected name in the railway electrification sector seeks an Environmental Coordinator to join their team in the Glasgow area.

The role:

• Help coordinate activities to ensure business meets its environmental targets
• Create consent applications and pre-application consultation
• Carry out site inspections, record results and create reports on findings
• Analyse and report on areas, such as carbon and energy, audit results, inspections, incidents, objectives and targets, producing Excel documents
• Carry out risk assessments for environmental matters, identifying, recording, communicating and addressing any risks
• Participate in environmental incident investigations 
• Find areas for improvement and innovation in all matters environmental

The person:

• Environmental qualification
• Previous Network Rail experience with knowledge of NR-L2-ENV-015 desirable
• Driving licence
• Member IEMA / AIEMA
