Civils Planner

Northampton/Site based/Hybrid working | Permanent | £60K – £70K

Responsibilities

• Establish the build sequence and earthwork strategy by collaborating with the tender team
• Prepare engaging tender programmes and graphics, including pricing preliminaries
• Attend tender interviews and contribute to visually appealing presentations
• Develop contract, construction, and design & procurement programmes
• Create detailed and informative sequence graphics for ongoing projects
• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure progress aligns with contract programmes
• Assess and document the programme impact of variations, whenever necessary
• Prepare comprehensive Completion Programmes

Requirements

• A demonstrated construction knowledge with an industry-relevant ONC/HNC B Eng, NVQ or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in the planning of construction activities on a multitude of projects
• Computer literacy with proficiency in planning software such as Asta Powerproject
• Strong knowledge of software such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail, superior communication, and leadership skills
• High level of customer focus and service skills
• Ideally located within commutable distance of our Northampton office
