PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are an industry leading full service Brand Experience group that produces and executes an exciting portfolio of projects with a range of flagship clients. Since 2012 we have been disrupters of the experiential marketing and live event industry, managing client projects from concept through to delivery.

We continue to expand, notably into global markets with the right leaders and teams at the forefront and as part of that growth are currently recruiting for a new Designer – 3D (Mid > Snr).

You will be responsible for driving client briefs and coming up with creative and forward thinking concepts and designs with an understanding on the limits of fabrication and production techniques.  You will be working on a variety of experiential projects and activations across the UK, European, Japanese and American markets for an industry-leading drinks brand.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Lead the development of innovative 3D creative concepts and spatial design solutions for experiential, exhibition, and live event projects, taking ownership from initial ideation through to final delivery.
  • Interpret and challenge client briefs with a strategic mindset, transforming ideas into immersive 3D environments that balance creativity, functionality, build feasibility, and brand alignment.
  • Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualisations that clearly communicate design intent, atmosphere, and user experience to both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with client services and stakeholders to understand project objectives, ensuring all 3D design outputs align with brand identity, audience engagement goals, and commercial requirements.
  • Work in partnership with the Technical Design team to translate conceptual 3D designs into detailed, production-ready drawings and specifications, maintaining design integrity throughout fabrication and installation.
  • Act as a key creative contributor within project teams, liaising with project managers, producers, and external suppliers to ensure seamless workflow, clear communication, and successful delivery on time and within scope.
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior designers, supporting the development of 3D skills, workflows, and best practices across the team.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in 3D design, visualisation tools, real-time rendering, and experiential technologies, applying new techniques to elevate creative output and efficiency.
  • Contribute to pitches and presentations by creating compelling 3D visuals and storytelling assets that bring concepts to life and enhance client engagement.
  • Maintain and uphold high standards of craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all 3D outputs, ensuring alignment with internal brand guidelines and overall creative direction.
