The Role

As a member of our Christmas hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable festive experience. Whether serving drinks behind the bar, assisting with Christmas party nights, or delivering excellent table service, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks.
Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring all guest requirements are met.
Support festive events, Christmas parties, and special functions.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation within bar and restaurant areas.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to any requests or concerns.
Adhere to all food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
Assist with stock replenishment, setting up event spaces, and general operational duties.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and throughout the festive season.
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Applicants must be18 years or over due to the sale and service of alcohol.
