💫 What we are looking for?
We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Pharmacy Technician for our Neurodevelopmental Services. You will support safe, accurate, and patient‑centred medication processes, working closely with clinicians, partner pharmacies, and patients. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, tech‑confident, and passionate about improving access to ADHD care.
😎What You Will Be Doing:
You will play a central role in ensuring safe, accurate, and patient‑centred medication management across our virtual clinical pathways. Working within a fast‑moving, values‑led environment, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, operational teams, and our partner pharmacy – acting as an internal bridge – to deliver a seamless medication experience for patients.
You will provide clinical support to our patients by giving clear, clinically informed answers to questions about medication, side effects, titration, delays, and operational issues. You will escalate concerns to prescribers when appropriate and ensure every patient feels supported, safe, and heard.
The operation of Medicine Management within our service is essential. These processes protect patient safety, reduce anxiety, and maintain consistent access to ADHD medication — all of which are critical for treatment stability. You will be working closely with Team Leads and Senior Staff to ensure our operations and workflow is robust and seamless.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves developing service delivery and improving patient experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Client Success Team, Feedback and Resolutions Team, Clinical Care Hub, and Governance and Quality Heads, acting as the voice of both the patient and our clinical teams in a fast-moving, values-led environment.
As a predominantly remote team, the successful candidate must be experienced in using digital healthcare platforms, supporting virtual teams, and ensuring seamless remote patient care. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, and drive service improvement and patient experience.
