Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering queries
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
