Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role
