Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the building and external environment maintenance and Health and Safety of the Charity. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the planned maintenance program, manage fault reporting and associate reactive works, assist with annual inspections and condition surveys, support the Head of Facilities ensuring that contractors deliver a highest standard of service, site and building security, and health and safety compliance. This is a hands-on role that will actively contribute to the overall requirements of the department.
