Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and facilities within the organization. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues, and perform necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
