Role summary
The New Business Development Manager wins and grows on-trade wine accounts across London, focusing on large or high-value single-site venues and small-to-medium groups of restaurants, bars and hotels.
Taking a consultative approach rather than a traditional sales one, the role finds and converts new customers, looks after a small portfolio of existing accounts, and helps venues build wine lists that work for them. It works closely with the wider London & National On-Trade team, and represents Boutinot and our producers at tastings and events.
Main purpose of the role
To accelerate profitable growth in the London on-trade by winning, developing and keeping high-value accounts that suit our brand and values.

- Keep customer and pipeline information accurate and up to date in our CRM.
Account management & growth
