– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process

– Manage recruitment database and update candidate profiles regularly

– Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

– 2+ years of proven experience as a recruiter or similar role

– Strong understanding of employment laws

– SHRM certification is a plus
