Summary:

The Technical Maintenance Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of aerospace systems. Based in Coventry, this permanent full-time position involves overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall reliability and performance of our aerospace operations, making this role vital for our continued success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for aerospace systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyse maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to maintenance personnel.
  • Act as a point of contact for maintenance-related queries and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Engineering, Aerospace Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical maintenance role, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools.
