We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative (Embroidery) to join our dynamic team in Burgess Hill. Responsibilities:

• Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs on various fabrics
• Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and report any significant problems to supervisors

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a background in textiles or fashion is advantageous
• Entry-level position; previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Basic understanding of embroidery techniques and machine operation is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
