Adroit Services is recruiting for full-time employed, PAYE bathroom installers as we continue to see increased demand for our award-winning full supply and fit services.

Our work is centred on Aylesbury, covering to to Tring, Chesham, Amersham, Princes Risborough, High Wycombe, Thame, Waddesdon, Whitchurch, Wing and everywhere in within that geography. We recruit from within these areas to ensure we have prompt local support for all of our clients for any after sales service.

You will be installing high quality bathrooms already (minimum 5 years experience and leading installations), with broad range of skills – you may have your own business but wish to get back your evenings and weekends and be able to concentrate on producing your best work without the surrounding admin!

You’ll be keen to work with our Apprentices to help raise the next generation of installers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bathroom installer or in a similar role within the building and construction industry.
  • Relevant qualifications in plumbing, tiling, or carpentry are preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving licence is a must
  • Role will be subject to a clear CRB/DBS check per our Trading Standards commitment.
