Amberleigh Care is an Employee-Owned, practice focussed organisation delivering positive change for the benefit of society. We operate two national centres of excellence for young males who have exhibited inappropriate or harmful sexual behaviours.
Our aim is to reduce and prevent the cycle of abuse by helping young people to both recover from their own underpinning trauma, but also to acknowledge and address their own sexual behaviours. Our specialist settings manage and reduce risk through appropriate supervision and the building of pro-social skills and protective factors. All our work is consistent with the NICE guidance in this specialist field which was updated in 2016.
We achieve this through evidence based therapeutic practice delivered by a highly skilled team.

Amberleigh Care pays 4%, individuals pay 5%
28 days, including bank holidays (for full time colleagues)
Additional Holiday entitlement 1 additional A/L day after each 2yrs service, up to a maximum of 5 additional days (not applicable for managers)
Paid after successful completion of probation period. 1 week’s full pay, followed by 1 weeks half pay. After 2 yrs service this increases to 2 weeks full pay (pro rata)

All staff employed for 3 months or more will automatically be covered by a lump sum of twice their basic salary if they die in service (except for employees who have reached the age of 70)
