Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles and machinery.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
Order and manage parts inventory as needed for repairs.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Full UK driving licence.
