As a Barista in our accountancy firm, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and staff. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer service will enhance the overall experience within our office, ensuring that our team remains energised and focused. This permanent, full-time position is based in Alabama Hill, Queensland, and is essential for maintaining a high standard of service in our workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks to clients and staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
  • Manage inventory of coffee supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods.
  • Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.
