About the Role
We are seeking an Experienced Chainmesh Fence Installer to join our dedicated team. This role involves leading fencing projects, working directly on-site, and overseeing a team of skilled installers. The successful candidate will have a solid background in chainmesh and stock fencing and a commitment to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of fence installers, ensuring efficient workflow and quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Adhere to and promote safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Oversee and execute chainmesh, colorbond, and stock fencing installations to the highest standards.
- Conduct routine health and safety assessments on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Perform additional duties such as skid steer and excavator operation as required.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5-10 years of fencing installation, with demonstrated experience in chainmesh and stock fencing.
- Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, maintain productivity, and uphold quality standards.
- Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members, providing clear instructions and feedback.
- Health & Safety: Strong understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
Tickets Required:
- Skid Steer Operator License
- Excavator Operator License
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
Employment Details
- Roster: FIFO options are available with a 2/1 or 3/1 roster.
- Project Location: Kens Bore,Onslow, Karratha, Perth
- Work Hours: 11.5-hour days.
- Project Duration: on going projects.
