About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Chainmesh Fence Installer to join our dedicated team. This role involves leading fencing projects, working directly on-site, and overseeing a team of skilled installers. The successful candidate will have a solid background in chainmesh and stock fencing and a commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of fence installers, ensuring efficient workflow and quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
  • Adhere to and promote safety standards and protocols at all times.
  • Oversee and execute chainmesh, colorbond, and stock fencing installations to the highest standards.
  • Conduct routine health and safety assessments on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Perform additional duties such as skid steer and excavator operation as required.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 5-10 years of fencing installation, with demonstrated experience in chainmesh and stock fencing.
  • Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, maintain productivity, and uphold quality standards.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members, providing clear instructions and feedback.
  • Health & Safety: Strong understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety practices.

Tickets Required:

  • Skid Steer Operator License
  • Excavator Operator License
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License

Employment Details

  • Roster: FIFO options are available with a 2/1 or 3/1 roster.
  • Project Location: Kens Bore,Onslow, Karratha, Perth
  • Work Hours: 11.5-hour days.
  • Project Duration: on going projects.
