The State Competitions and Events Coordinator – WA plays a key role in delivering Touch Football competitions, championships and community events across the state. Responsible for coordinating the WA Super League and major State events, the role works closely with affiliates, volunteers, officials, government partners and the wider Touch Football community to create engaging, high-quality sporting experiences that drive participation and strengthen the game throughout the state
Touch Football Australia is seeking an energetic and highly organised State Competitions and Events Coordinator to lead the delivery of key competitions, championships and events across Western Australia. Based in Perth, this role provides a unique opportunity to make a genuine impact on the growth and success of Touch Football at both community and representative levels.
As the driving force behind the WA Super League competition and major state events, including the WA Junior and Senior State Championships and Country Championships, you will coordinate competitions, manage event operations, support affiliates and volunteers, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sport.
Working alongside affiliates, officials, referees, NRL WA, the Perth Bears and government partners, you will help deliver exceptional experiences for participants while identifying opportunities to strengthen competitions, grow engagement and expand participation across Western Australia.
You’ll also play a key role in promoting the game through marketing and communications, developing content and sharing stories that connect and inspire the Touch Football community.
