Executive Assistant to the CEO

📍 Moore Park, Sydney | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 from home)

💰 $80–90K + super (based on experience)

Founded by Adam Goodes and Michael O’Loughlin, GO Foundation provides scholarships and holistic support to First Nations students across Australia, empowering them to thrive at school, university, and beyond.

We’re looking for a proactive, values-driven Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO and help bring GO’s mission to life. You’ll manage priorities, communication, and operations — ensuring the rhythm of the CEO’s office supports the Foundation’s growth and impact.

In this role you will:

• Manage the CEO’s diary, correspondence, and key relationships.

• Coordinate meetings, travel, and Board logistics.

• Prepare high-level documents and presentations.

• Support governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Represent GO with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
