Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack IT Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Logic Apps and Power Automate. You will also work with technologies like C#, JavaScript, and CSS, contributing to the development of robust systems that integrate seamlessly into our business processes.
Key Responsibilities of the position:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools such as Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Write clean, eficient code in C# for custom development within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Integrate external systems using APIs and Logic Apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues within Dynamics CRM applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain system documentation, including technical designs and user guides.
• Work within agile project management frameworks to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements or new tools.
• Perform other duties as required.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• High-level proficiency in C# with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Expertise in building Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of integrating systems using APIs or Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript and CSS for customizing user interfaces.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git, Team City, Octopus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of FetchXML queries for Dynamics CRM data retrieval.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts or certification in IT service management frameworks.
