Job Description:

  • Processing settlements
  • Processing early deposit releases
  • Processing section 27 releases (for VIC)
  • Preparation of settlement statements/Account Sales
  • Sending invoices for commissions/marketing
  • Opening and closing interest-bearing accounts
  • Liaising with Sales Agents and Solicitors
  • Calculating and paying sales commissions
  • Checking exchanges
  • Refunds for withdrawn properties
  • Arranging marketing refunds
  • Receipting deposits/ trust monies
  • Finalising month end – bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with finance team/marketing department
  • Assisting with audits
  • Trust account processing across 4 different states, including Project sales – NSW/VIC/QLD/ACT
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing relevant paperwork
  • Providing administrative support/Ad hoc duties as needed and where required

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry
  • Trust accounts knowledge
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be a team player and work well in a team environment
  • Be proactive and self-motivated, with ability to take initiative
  • Be flexible and have ability to multi-task
  • Be comfortable liaising with relevant stakeholders, be customer-oriented and have exceptional people skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Multi-array, AgentBox or similar CRM
