– Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

– Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

– Creative mindset with a passion for food presentation and flavor combinations.

– Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Qualifications:**

– Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-volume environment.

– Experience in menu planning and costing is highly desirable.

– First Aid and Food Safety certifications are advantageous.

– Australian citizenship or permanent residency is preferred.
