Key Responsibilities:

– **Content Creation:** Capture, develop, and edit compelling content for various social media channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

– **Content Strategy:** Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement content marketing strategies that enhance audience engagement and deliver measurable results.

– **Content Calendar Management:** Maintain a content calendar that outlines upcoming content topics, deadlines, and responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of content.

– **Analytics and Reporting:** Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other metrics to understand content effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

– **Audience Research:** Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and tailoring content to meet their needs and interests.

– **Collaboration:** Work closely with graphic designers, social media managers, and other stakeholders to create multimedia content that enhances user engagement.

– **Brand Management:** Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and delivers a consistent message across all platforms.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience (2-5 years) in content capture, editing and marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.

– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

– Excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.

– Strong analytical skills to assess content effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

– Strong organizational and project management abilities.
