Cleaner – NDIS & Aged Care Support

As a registered NDIS and Aged Care provider, Spic-N-Span Gold Coast & Brisbane delivers top-quality household support tailored to the needs of NDIS participants. We value open communication and high service standards, ensuring our participants receive the best possible care.

We don’t just clean homes; we support independence.

• Monday to Friday shifts – No weekend work!
• Roster between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Location: Gold Coast, QLD
• Type: Casual or Contractor
• Salary: $32.31 – $35.15

Key Responsibilities

As a cleaner in our team, you will be a brand ambassador delivering outstanding service:

• Provide essential home cleaning services for NDIS participants.
• Ensure a clean and hygienic living environment based on participants’ specific needs.
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and emptying bins.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• We supply all tools and products needed to get the job done.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Based in the local Gold Coast area.
• Current Australian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Working With Children (Blue Card) or eligibility to obtain.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Smartphone & data access for our online rostering requirements.
• Ability to safely perform manual cleaning duties.

Highly Regarded

• Certificate II or III in Cleaning Operations.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Formal infection control training.
