The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and people-first Exercise Physiologist to join our team.
You’ll work with clients in the community, design tailored programs, and collaborate with insurers, GPs, and rehab consultants to support return-to-work outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
- Conduct functional capacity and return-to-work assessments
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders (email, phone, reports)
- Manage your caseload and contribute to service growth
- Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology (postgrad ideal)
- ESSA accreditation + CPR/First Aid
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation, fatigue, or mental health preferred
- High-level written and verbal communication
- Strong autonomy and initiative
