Security Officer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and visitors. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the premises, responding to incidents, and enforcing security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and visitors
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and other security-related activities
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, customers, and visitors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
