Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess and treat clients of all ages in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:
– Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing disorders
– Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
– Providing direct therapy services to clients using a variety of techniques and modalities
– Monitoring client progress through ongoing assessment and adjusting treatment plans as needed
– Collaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, physicians, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
– Documenting all evaluation results, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional standards
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program
– Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
– Certification from Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
– Previous experience working as a Speech Pathologist preferred
– Valid driver’s license for travel between different locations if required.
