Community Coordinator (Head of Community Pathway Role)

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, growth and quality of our Community Participation programs.
This role combines:
• Program innovation
• Operational coordination
• Stakeholder engagement

You will have clear KPIs, structured support and the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Innovation
• Design engaging, goal-aligned community programs
• Plan and publish structured activity calendars in advance
• Introduce signature programs that differentiate Sahara in the market
Growth & Strategy
• Drive 10% quarterly growth in active participants
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives
• Develop community partnerships to expand program reach
Leadership & Team Alignment
• Provide visible leadership across group programs
• Support, mentor and align support workers
• Facilitate communication between frontline teams and management
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with participants and families
• Address feedback and improve engagement
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Operational Oversight
• Monitor reporting, attendance and engagement metrics
• Ensure compliance with NDIS and safety requirements
• Conduct quality reviews of programs

About You
You are:

- Experienced in disability, community services or similar sector
