The Opportunity
As AI becomes increasingly embedded in the industry, RSC is evolving alongside it.
We are putting AI at the centre of how we work and are looking for an experienced AI & IT Transformation Specialist to lead the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own our AI architecture and roadmap across Claude, Microsoft 365 and connected systems.
- Research and test new AI tools and recommend what is right for RSC.
- Set up and run AI governance: policies, risk register, approved tools and keep abreast of global and jurisdictional legislation in the AI space.
- Train and support our staff and be the go-to person for AI questions.
- Support our day-to-day IT helpdesk as part of a small, friendly IT team.
Required Expertise:
- Proven experience implementing AI in a business, including governance.
- Hands-on skills in AI solutions such as RAG, agents and integrations, plus Microsoft 365.
- 5+ years in IT and clear communication with technical and non-technical people.
