Support Worker

Qualifications: – Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification. – Previous experience in a similar role within the social care sector is preferred. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals with diverse needs. – Current First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
