We are seeking passionate Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team in Dee Why, NSW, with opportunities available for both Room Assistant and Room Leader positions.

Room Assistant

In this role, you will help create a safe and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive.

• Supporting children’s learning, development and daily routines
• Assisting with activities and learning experiences
• Supporting room programs and documentation
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Working alongside Room Leaders and fellow educators
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and welcoming room

Room Leader

For experienced educators ready to lead, you will take responsibility for the daily operation of your room and support your team.

• Lead and organise daily room operations
• Plan and implement programs in line with the EYLF
• Guide and mentor educators
• Support children’s learning and individual development
• Build strong partnerships with families
• Complete observations, planning and documentation
• Maintain high standards in line with the NQF and NQS

What We’re Looking For

Room Assistant:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Passion for working with young children
• Reliable, positive and collaborative approach
• Understanding of the EYLF, NQF and NQS

Room Leader:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience leading a childcare room
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and NQS
• Confident communication and leadership skills
• Ability to guide and support other educators
