Housekeeping

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests or clients. The Housekeeping Attendant will work closely with other team members to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
• Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Assist with laundry, public area clean and other housekeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed

Position Details:

• 2–3 shifts per week
• 9:00am start, finishing around 3:00pm
• Casual position
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
