Your Role

The role involves delivery of assessment, case management and allied health intervention services to promote health, social and vocational outcomes for all referred participants.

What You’ll Need

• New graduates must have obtained membership/registration with the relevant professional body: AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) for Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists, ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) for Exercise Physiologists, ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) for Rehabilitation Counsellors or AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers) for Social Workers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A current driver’s licence, access to your own motor vehicle and the ability to deliver face-to-face servicing as required
