Section Waiter | Polperro Winery | Red Hill

Polperro Winery is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most highly regarded wine estates, known for its thoughtful cool-climate wines and a restaurant that has held a Chef’s Hat for the past four years.

Set amongst the vines in Red Hill, Polperro brings together wine, farming and dining in a way that feels deeply connected to place. Much of the produce used by the kitchen is grown on our own biodynamic farm just beyond the dining room, and our wines are made on site by our winemaking team. Alongside the restaurant, guests can also stay on the estate in our luxury vineyard accommodation, creating a complete Polperro experience.

Hospitality here is warm, confident and genuine. Guests come for long lunches, beautiful wine and the feeling of being well looked after.

We are currently looking for an experienced Section Waiter to join our front of house team.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a quality dining room and takes pride in the craft of hospitality. You will run your own section, guide guests through the menu and wines and work closely with our kitchen and wine team to deliver a seamless experience for every table.

A genuine interest in wine is important. Many guests visit Polperro specifically for the wines, so curiosity and enthusiasm to learn about them is highly valued.

Service runs Wednesday to Sunday lunch with one evening service per week. Weekend availability is essential.
