Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. This role involves maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background who enjoys working with numbers and maintaining well-organised financial systems. You will play an important role in supporting the financial operations of the business.

Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers using approved accounting software.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare monthly financial reports and financial statements Assist with payroll processing and related reporting Support preparation of tax documentation and compliance requirements Work with internal teams to ensure financial information is accurate and up to date Assist during internal and external audits as required Maintain organised financial documentation and records

Qualifications & Experience

    Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes 
    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) is essential 
    Excellent numerical and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Relevant accounting qualification (Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or equivalent)
