HSEQ Co-Ordinator

Pedwards Group are seeking a full-time HSEQ Coordinator to join our team. We require the successful candidate to have demonstrated experience within the HSEQ and/or construction sector. Your role will be: Supporting the development, implementation, and continual improvement of our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) management systems. Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Assisting project teams with safety documentation, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and environmental management plans. Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. Coordinating HSEQ reporting, maintaining registers, and preparing compliance documentation. Participating in toolbox talks, inductions, and training to support a strong safety culture. Working closely with site supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive positive HSEQ outcomes across all projects. Providing ongoing advice and support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have experience with ISO: 9001, 14001 & 45001.
