Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs of plant machinery and vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist in training junior staff and apprentices as required.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Mechanic or Auto Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in plant machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
