About the Role

As a Room Leader, you will lead your room with care and confidence. You will create a safe, warm and fun learning space for children and work closely with your team and families every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
• Certificate III with at least 3 years’ experience
• Love working with children and supporting their learning
• Kind, patient and caring nature
• Make child safety a priority at all times
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to creating safe and inclusive environments
• Current Working With Children Check
• Child Protection Training
• Emergency First Aid & CPR in ECEC
