We’re looking for a Senior Carpenter ready to lead from the tools as a Technical Build Lead — someone who’s respected by trades, passionate about quality, and committed to driving projects forward.

Hands-on leadership of carpentry works: framing, fixing, finishing, cabinetry, deckingPartner with your Site Supervisor to drive five live projects, coordinating in-house tradesEnsure quality, speed, and five-star reviews on every jobMentor apprentices, guide carpenters, and set the benchmark for how things get doneWork within a structured system — with AI-driven scheduling and workflow support to keep things clean and efficient🌱 Who You Are:
A seasoned carpenter across framing, fixing, finishingNaturally respected on-site — you’ve been the go-to beforeStrong across trade coordination and sequencingOrganised, detail-focused, and committed to high standards
